NFSH Development Courses

The Healer Foundation Course programme is open to anyone wishing to know more about healing and the healer's role. This course enables the candidate to explore and understand the principles and practice of Spiritual Healing. It is advised that the Healing Practise element of this Course be completed before the student heals alone or unsupervised.

This Foundation Course is delivered and structured into Parts 1,2,3 & 4.

The Foundation Course Part 1 combines basic information with brief 'experiential' workshops. It is open to everyone interested in learning more about healing, and is especially relevant for other healthcare professionals wanting to refer or work in partnership with healers.

The subjects covered are: What Makes a Healer? Spirituality of Healing; History of Healing; Breathing; Grounding Attuning Protection and Permission; Distant Healing; Sensing the Chakras; Sensing Subtle Energies; Grounding Exercises; Healing Demonstration.

The Foundation Course has been designed for people who have successfully completed the Foundation Course Part 1. Applicants are asked to confirm the dates and locations at which the Part 1 was undertaken.

The subjects covered are: Basic Principles of Relaxation; The Healing Act - Preparation, Opening and Closing a healing session, Chair healing techniques; Positive Thought - Lifestyle; The Chakras; Our Subtle Bodies; Healing Practise; NFSH - being a Probationer.

This Course has been designed for those people who have successfully completed the Foundation Course Part 1 & 2. Applicants are asked to confirm the dates and locations at which the Foundation Course Parts 1 & 2 were completed.

The subjects covered are: Physical Body; Stress Management; Visualisation and Meditation; The Power of the Creative Mind; The Healer's Role in the Cosmic Plan; Self Healing - Understanding your Inner Self, Self-Healing Strategies; Healing Practise; NFSH Code of Conduct; Logbook and Assessment.

This Course has been designed for those people who have successfully completed the Foundation Course Parts 1 - 3. Applicants are asked to confirm the dates and locations at which the Foundation Course were completed.

Subjects covered are: The Healing Environment - Practical preparations for healing, Administration, Record Keeping, Evaluation, Space Clearing; Couch Healing; Health and Safety / First Aid and Centre Emergencies; Death and Dying; Listening Skills; Healing Practise; Taking Training Further - NFSH Membership.
